The Power of Collaboration and Community: A Thank You from Coils to Locs

Posted by Pamela Shaddock on

Thank You for Another Year of Building Together

As the year draws to a close, we at Coils to Locs want to take a moment to speak from the heart. Running a business—especially one born in the uncertain days of the pandemic—has been an incredible journey, filled with lessons, challenges, and triumphs. But one thing has remained constant: you.

Whether you're a vendor or community partner helping us expand access to textured wigs or a customer who trusts us with something as personal as your hair journey, you are the reason we’re here. Your support, feedback, and belief in our mission of bringing coily, curly, hair solutions everywhere have been nothing short of inspiring.

What's in Store

This year, we’ve seen the true power of community and collaboration. You’ve helped us grow, not just as a business but as a force for inclusivity and cultural pride. We’re proud to work alongside vendors who share our vision and direct customers who remind us every day why we started. Together, we’re making textured wigs accessible, meaningful, and celebrated.

As we step into 2025, we carry with us the lessons and love from this year. Coils to Locs is evolving and we have no doubt this next year will bring even further growth, significant milestones, and exciting new wig styles for Black women with afro textured hair. We've only just begun. Stay tuned for more of what's in store!

It Takes a Village

Our commitment to empowering our community remains as strong as ever, and we’re honored to continue this journey with you by our side.

Here’s to collaboration, resilience, and the beauty we create together.

With heartfelt gratitude,
The Coils to Locs Team
