This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) covers refunds and exchanges for all merchandise purchased directly from Coils to Locs, LLC (the “Company,” “us” or “we”).
We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Coils to Locs
- You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from the Coils to Locs, either online or at a retail store owned by Coils to Locs, can be returned to Coils to Locs for a refund. All products of the Company purchased through another retailer such as a hospital, cancer center boutique or any other independent vendor must be returned in accordance with such retailer’s respective returns and refunds policy.
- The item to be returned must be unworn, unused and repackaged in its original packaging with all the associated items and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Any return must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
- Items that have been altered in any way may not be returned.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, missing major contents or without proof of purchase may not be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged, does not match the description on the website, or is the wrong item, you may return the item as long as such return meets all of the requirements listed from (1) to (6) above. The damage or discrepancy must be proved as existing at the time of arrival by sufficient photographic or video evidence.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please mail the item, which meets the above requirements and is repackaged in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, to the following address:

Refunds and Exchanges
Subject to this Policy, we, at our sole discretion, will credit you for the return of any item which meets the requirements of the Company’s Standard Return Policy above and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made either in the same form as the original payment or as a merchandise exchange.
For any gift returns that are received within 10 days of the transaction date and in accordance with the conditions provided in our Standard Return Policy, we will, at our sole discretion, give you a merchandise credit on an online e-gift certificate for the amount paid by the sender, provided that you supply us with a valid email address.
Policy Modification and Amendment
This Policy may be modified or terminated by us at any time with or without reason.
Your return requests will be considered under the version of this Policy that is in effect at the time of purchase.
